This is usually your name, email address and postal address, as well as vehicle data, if required and provided on a voluntary basis.
Chat is not available outside office hours. If you choose to leave us a message via this chat function, we will save your name and email address in order to contact you back.
So that we may constantly improve our services, the LiveChat tool also transmits data on the website you are visiting, your device type and your browser type, however your IP address is not transmitted. This data, as well as the chat history, is kept for 3 months for security reasons.
Where a contractual agreement has been concluded between you and this garage, we will keep your data for the period as prescribed by applicable law. In all other cases, your data and chat history will be deleted after 3 months.
As a user of the LiveChat function, you are not permitted to enter, and therefore we are not permitted to process, personal data which fall under “special category data” according to Article 9 of the GDPR. These data include information on race, religion and health data. In addition, you are not permitted to enter payment information or credit card numbers.

Competitions and prize draws

When you send us your personal data for the purpose of a competition or prize draw entry, your details, including the contact data you have provided, will be kept for the purposes of processing and participation in the respective competition or draw, as well as for monitoring purposes. This data may, if necessary, be passed on to the garage conducting the contest or the prize draw, and protected by encryption. We reserve the right to keep your data for the period prescribed by law.

Customer surveys and market research

Website analysis with Google Analytics

This website uses the functions of the website analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses a set of targeted cookies. Further information on how Google Analytics handles user data can be found in Google’s privacy policy:  https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=fr

You can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie that relates to your use of the website and from processing these data, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link:: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=fr.

The IP address transmitted by your device to Google Analytics will not be combined with other Google data. The user may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on their browser. In this case users are however advised that this option may result in a loss of some of the functionality of this website. It is possible for third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, links to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn as well as to skeeled, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, to be integrated into this online service.
