EU Data Act

The EU Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023/2854) is a key legislative framework that regulates data access and usage rights across the European Union. It aims to ensure fair and transparent data sharing practices, empowering individuals and businesses to access and control the data generated by connected products and related services.

SWIO is committed to implementing solutions that comply with the requirements of the EU Data Act and to providing transparent information on available access channels for data generated in connection with its energy and charging solutions.
