Where a contractual agreement has been concluded between you and this garage, we will keep your data for the period as prescribed by applicable law. In all other cases, your data will be subsequently deleted or anonymised after 13 months.

So that we may constantly improve our services, the LiveChat tool also transmits data on the website you are visiting, your device type and your browser type, however your IP address is not transmitted. This data, as well as the chat history, is kept for 3 months for security reasons.
Where a contractual agreement has been concluded between you and this garage, we will keep your data for the period as prescribed by applicable law. In all other cases, your data and chat history will be deleted after 3 months.
As a user of the LiveChat function, you are not permitted to enter, and therefore we are not permitted to process, personal data which fall under “special category data” according to Article 9 of the GDPR. These data include information on race, religion and health data. In addition, you are not permitted to enter payment information or credit card numbers.

Competitions and prize draws

Website analysis with Google Analytics

This website uses the functions of the website analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses a set of targeted cookies. Further information on how Google Analytics handles user data can be found in Google’s privacy policy:

You can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie that relates to your use of the website and from processing these data, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link::

Google Analytics uses “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on the user’s computer and which enable an analysis of the user’s website activity. The cookie-generated information on the user’s website activity is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA where it is subsequently stored.

In the case of this specific website, the IP address of visitors is truncated before being passed to Google for analysis. This IP anonymisation is based on an agreement that Google has made with companies in the European Economic Area or other Contracting States. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate the user’s website activity, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services associated with the use of the website and the Internet.

The IP address transmitted by your device to Google Analytics will not be combined with other Google data. The user may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on their browser. In this case users are however advised that this option may result in a loss of some of the functionality of this website. In addition, the user is able to refuse the collection, use or disclosure of the data generated by the cookie relating to their website activity (including their IP address) and the subsequent transmission of these data to Google, as well as how they are processed by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in, available under the following link:

The IP address is therefore necessary in order to display of this information.
We endeavour to only use content whereby the respective providers are accessing IP addresses exclusively for the delivery of information. However, in cases where third-party providers are storing IP addresses, for example for statistical purposes, we have no way of taking action. Should we become aware of its occurrence, we shall inform users.
